• How is EmailIQ different?

  EmailIQ was intentionally designed to integrate with your ALTA website platform to provide an industry best e-commerce email marketing solution exclusively for AVB members.

• Will EmailIQ replace ALTA emails?

  EmailIQ will replace any emails sent from your ALTA website that require marketing consent sign-off by the customer or, for the EmailIQ Enterprise plan, are generated from a transaction. All emails generated will include branding that aligns to your brand’s look and feel.

  EmailIQ can send email for:

  • • Abandoned cart emails
  • • “Email My Cart” emails
  • • Order-related emails (EmailIQ Enterprise plan only)

  EmailIQ cannot send emails for:

  • • Request a quote auto-responders
  • • Contact us form auto-responders
  • • Any other forms such as service request, etc.

  These types of emails will continue to be generated from within the ALTA website platform.

• What are “dynamic coupons”?

• What is a “broadcast email"?

  A broadcast email is an email distribution using a single, static-design, email sent to a specific distribution list at all at the same time.

  Broadcast emails are most common and typically include:

  • • Promotions
  • • Grand Openings/Anniversaries
  • • Updates or Information
  • • Newsletters

  Broadcast email are different from an “automated email”, which require a trigger to be set during the email build that must happen to automatically initiates a specific email to be sent. For example, an abandon cart email is automated to send after a customer has left product in their cart on your website for longer than 24 hours.

• How much does it cost for AVB Marketing design a broadcast email?

  Depending on the detail of the email design request, the price for AVB Marketing to build it may range from $250-$850 per email.

  A typical email design request costs $250.

• Can I create and send my own emails through EmailIQ?

  If you choose to participate in a Premium or Enterprise EmailIQ plan, you will have full access to design and send your own emails using the platform.
